便携式海水淡化系统设计

摘要: 针对小型渔船在海上缺少电力,难以支撑起大型海水淡化设备的问题,设计一款环保型便携式海水淡化系统。该系统以智能手机为上位机控制端,以STM32为主控制器的海水淡化系统为下位机,利用太阳能风能发电为系统电能驱动,可实现智能控制设备、无线检测系统电量,以及GPS定位以防止渔船驶出经济专属区,极大地克服了长期喝蒸馏纯净水而造成微量元素缺失等弊端。实践证明,该系统能有效地降低渔民出海带淡水量,增加作业时长,提高海船的续航力和自持力等,实现运行效益的最大化。

Abstract: In view of the lack of electricity for small fishing vessels at sea, it is difficult to support large-scale desalination equipment, an environment-friendly portable seawater desalination system is designed in this paper. The system uses smart phone as the control terminal, STM32 as the main controller, and solar energy and wind energy as the power drive. It can realize intelligent control of the equipment, wireless detection of system electricity, and GPS positioning to prevent fishing boats out of the exclusive economic zone, which can overcome the long-term drinking distilled pure water caused by the loss of micronutrient. It is proved that the system can effectively reduce the fresh water quantity of the fishermen, increase the working time, improve the endurance and self-sustaining ability of the ship, and realize the maximum operating benefit.

0 引言

    众所周知,在海洋渔业活动中,所带淡水量是影响出海时长的决定性因素之一[1]。尽管海上到处都是水,可由于海水中含盐量、杂质和细菌等都远远超过饮用水卫生标准,不能直接饮用。但“问海要水”还是出海渔业活动过程中最方便、最有效的办法[2-3]。可现有海水淡化装置不仅碳排放量高、装置体积庞大,需要大功率电力驱动,而中小型渔船在海上缺少电力,难以支撑起这些大型海水淡化设备[4-5]

    基于这一现状,本文设计了一款基于太阳能风能的节能环保型便携式海水淡化系统,在帮助出海渔民解决海上饮水、照明、防止驶出经济专属区等困扰的同时,实现少带淡水、多带航船驱动燃油,以及增加作业天数、延长航行距离,最终提升出海运营效益。
